I have been a Governor at Applebee Wood School for 10 years and was appointed by the Local Education Authority. I have recently retired from running my own business. I am a former councillor of Penwortham Town Council and South Ribble Council.

I am an active member of St Leonard's Church in Penwortham. I am married, and have one daughter and a granddaughter. 

It is a privilege and honour to be a Governor at Applebee Wood School, and to work together with staff & pupils.
