Outdoor Learning

As a school we are dedicated to learning outside the classroom wherever possible and encouraging our children to explore their world through multi-sensory means.

This means of learning brings the benefits of formal and informal education together and reinforces the most meaningful learning through gaining knowledge and life skills through real-life, kinaesthetic and hands-on activities.

Learning outside the classroom is really just that - Any learning beyond the classroom. This includes trips within our community and beyond, as well as making use of the our resources within our school grounds.

We are fortunate to have our own outdoor classroom where we participate in weekly Forest school curriculum activities with our fully trained Forest School leader and assistants.
